Digital files can't be returned
Every product is an instant digital download. Once the files have been delivered we do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds for a change of mind, a purchase by mistake, or because a design turned out to be harder or easier than expected. Please check the page count, number of colours and preview images before you buy.
When we always help
- a file won't download or won't open in Procreate or your app;
- a file is damaged, incomplete or missing from the folder;
- you received something different from what the listing described;
- you were charged twice for the same order.
Write to hello@paintnook.com within 30 days of purchase with your order number and what went wrong. We reply within 1–2 business days. First we try to fix it — most problems are solved with a fresh link or a corrected file. If we can't, you get a full refund to your original payment method.
EU and UK customers
Digital content is delivered immediately at your request. By completing the purchase you agree to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal once the download has started. This does not affect your rights if a file is faulty or not as described.
Etsy orders
For purchases made on our Etsy shop, refunds are issued through Etsy under the same rules.
